Jennifer Coolidge, a versatile actress who plays a variety of characters as well as an experimental comedian. She is most well-known for her performance as the mother of Stifler in American Pie (1999). Born August 28, 1961 in Boston, Massachusetts to Gretchen (Knauff) who was a plastics manufacturer as well as Paul Constant Coolidge on August 28 the 28th of August, 1962. Young Coolidge dreamed of being an actor. She was a student at Norwell High School and Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, and obtained her bachelor's degree from theatre in 1985.
