The Vancouver native, Teryl Rothery always knew she wanted to be an entertainer. At thirteen years old, she began her dance career when she was featured in "Bye Bye Birdie" the first musical she appeared in. ... Teryl Rothery's credits in feature films include Urban Safari (1995), Andre (1994) and The Surgeon. Teryl Rothery is an actor from Canada who gained fame her role as Dr. Janet Fraiser in 'Stargate the SG-1'. Her other memorable TV roles include Lt. Maggie Weston in 'Exosquad', M.O.M. Carol Bloom in Martin Mystery', Grace Sherman and J.L. In 'The Good Dr'. In the big screen, she's been in films such as 'Magic in the Water' as well as 'Whisper' and "What an Idiot". Born on the 9th of November 1962 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Teryl Rothery developed an intense passion for acting very early in her life. It is not known much about her childhood and upbringing. She has an infant daughter named Londyn Jean Alana Abrahams-Rothery who was born on October 3 of 2008. She revealed via social media in December 2013 that she had been engaged to Carl Kumpera. The relationship, however, has reportedly ended since then.
